It is my intention to make my best attempt at a ketogenic diet starting tomorrow! I don’t do well with “diets” so I’m trying to look at it more as a lifestyle change or habit change. I eat very poorly. I’m lethargic and I just feel icky sometimes. I’m going to cut my carbs back first while I try to learn more about this way of life. My gf has found major success with this diet, so I’m excited to see some changes in my own body. I’m sure the transition isn’t going to be easy and I don’t have much support for something that changes the nutritional dynamic at home. I just can’t feel like this anymore. I don’t have to be miserable. It’s my choice to do better for myself. *feeling empowered*
